Talent Splash!

American Idol has nothing on TalentSplash!—a talent competition that brings the area’s most talented singers, dancers, and musicians to our main stage. The competition will be fierce for an outstanding cash prizes sponsored by Casey's General Store and is produced by the Sioux City Community Theatre.

The following Children's Activities will be available. Each activity has a ticket price next to them, each ticket is a dollar. Tickets must be purchased at the festival at the children's ticket booths.

4th Annual ArtSplash Sand Sculpting Contest

The Sioux City Art Center is pleased to announce the 4th Annual ArtSplash Sand Sculpting Contest held June 5, 2010! Our grand prize winners will be on hand to recreate their winning sculpture! Stop and cheer them on in near the artist area! (Donations are welcome and will go directly to the dance team!)

Also stop by Fun Tent #5 and congratulate our runner-up, the Sunnybrook JAM Action Squad, on hand for the festival to help kids create Treasures of the Mighty Mo!

Can I Hold It?

Wildlife Learning Encounters educates and entertains children of all ages, providing an up-close introduction to a host of exotic animals. Gather round the stage at the end of the children’s area for twenty minute shows.

Saturday, September 4th: 11:00 a.m., 12 noon, 2:00, 3:00, and 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, September 5th: 11:00 a.m., 12 noon, 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 p.m.
