Stephen Dinsmore
Stephen Dinsmore was born in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1952. He studied painting at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, earning his Bachelor of Arts in 1974. He is a realist painter known for his landscapes and still life paintings of flowers, and has paintings in many public and private collections, including the General Electric corporate collection, United Airlines, and the Sheldon Memorial Art Gallery-UNL. His painting The Horse Whisperer was featured in Robert Redford’s 1998 film of the same title.
