Work by Students in West Middle and High School
Working in cooperation with the art teachers of Sioux City Community Schools, the Art Center is presenting a series of exhibitions featuring work by elementary, middle and high school students. While the annual Youth Art Month exhibition allows the Art Center to showcase a wide range of student work through a competitively juried exhibition, the exhibitions in the Community Gallery permit teachers to select the best works produced by their students. Both projects are testaments to the creative energy of our community’s teachers and the artistic talent of our young artists.
